Slow Cooker Shrimp with Herbes de Provence

Slow Cooker Shrimp
Fancy name, easy recipe.

If you can dump some ingredients you probably have in your pantry right now in a slow cooker, you can do this.

We always have shrimp in the house. It’s tasty, easy to cook up and can be eaten with pasta, bread, couscous, just about anything.

I forgot to get something ready for the slow cooker in the morning, and found myself at 4:30 p.m. doing the whats-for-dinner scramble. This was it! If you like Shrimp Scampi, you will love this dish!

My secret ingredient is Whole Foods 365 Herbes de Provence. It is my one trick pony spice! Put it on veggies, fish, chicken….it makes just about everything taste better.
