Remember that Guns ‘n Roses song November Rain?
It was intense right? “Don’t ya think that you need SOME-bah-dee? Don’t ya think that you need someONE?” And it’s cold weather, pouring rain and you’re just hoping Axl finds someone to love. It was turbulent and fierce.
That’s this recipe. Yes, slowcooker meatballs are like November Rain. It’s intense and memorable.
The key is to make them small and place them gently into the sauce.

Blend well, avoid over mixing. The more you mix it, the tougher the meat gets. You want these tender and juicy, blend gently. Making burgers, meatloaf or meatballs..always blend gently to keep the meat ‘fluffy.’

Not more than 1 1/2″ round. Right after this pic was taken, I pushed them into the sauce. They need to be completely submerged to cook properly and get all that sauce flavor.
Eat over egg noodles, spaghetti or inside a Meatball Sub!
