Try a new food. It doesn’t have to be this avocado bread recipe. But, why not?
The more reading and researching I do, I find that happiness is directly tied to trying something new. Even research has shown that, “people who regularly engage in new experiences have more positive emotions than people who don’t.”
Many things we do this year to get happy will focus on new! Last week I challenged you to go somewhere new or out of the ordinary.
This week I am challenging you to make or try a new food!

This week we are going to try a new food.
It can be something baked, fried or even those chia seeds you’ve been eyeing! You don’t have to make it yourself, but it has to be something new.
Be happy knowing you are getting out of your comfort zone and having fun, for fun’s sake!
Here is how this week’s challenge went:
Week 3: Try a New Food
I can and do eat avocados straight with a spoon. But, this is about trying something new! This recipe only calls for one medium avocado.
Think banana bread but a bit green, and not using a banana.
It was sweet with a hint of the avocado flavor. I’m not sure anyone would know that it actually had avocado in it, if I didn’t tell them! I would totally make this again, it was so easy! This recipe was altered from this original: Avocanna Bread.
